A valuation that derives a property's value from recent transactions of comparable properties, adjusted for size, location, quality, date and other differences.
Where does the transaction data come from?
For Dubai, from Dubai Land Department transaction records. For other markets you can import your own comps or enter them manually.
Which markets does ParcelValue cover?
